Return/ Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ALL GroundSpark products are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.

If, however, you make a mistake in placing your order, please contact us immediately at
1-800-405-3322 or info@groundspark.org so we can correct the mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to GroundSpark for
a replacement.
